Took delivery on the bike 3 days ago. Didn't uncrate it with the delivery guy here, but started just after he left. Broken seat casing from the front to the back, missing mirror, damaged front body panel, broken front turn signal, missing casing for rear turn signal, etc. Immediately called the company to inform them of issues. The gal I spoke with gave me her e-mail address and told me to take pics and e-mail them to her.
Since it was dark out I waited till the next morning. Took pics of all the damage and sent in an e-mail and requested that they set up a pick up and refund of my money.
Called the gal to confirm receipt of the e-mail. She told me that she normally communicates via e-mail and that I'd hear back from her sometime around 2 PM EST we're in Atlanta after her review of the pictures.
Heard nothing. Yesterday afternoon at PM EST I sent an e-mail voicing my concern that I'd not heard back from her and again requested they inform me of arrangements they make to pick up the bike and refund my money as soon as possible.
Heard nothing all day yesterday. This morning I've called my credit card company and informed them of my issues and placed a dispute on the charge.
I then started looking for more info on the company so that I can speak with a higher up, no luck, but did find this web site and decided to warn off any other potential customers.
We also received paperwork for this bike that we may not be able to use to register the bike. Will be calling the company again when they open on the west coast. The motorcycle was not what I ordered, it's missing the rear brake and right foot peg it came scratched on the gas tank and now that I'm reading the reveiws I feel I made a mistake buying this bike and dealing with Scooterdepot.
I hope and pray when and if I ever get to ride my first bike I dont have the troubles others have had! Also the model was a And it's so I was not happy they tell me I will get a 1 yr warranty and that's all they can do and since then the starter button failed and it has no kick start back up as it's a cc.

I bought My scooter brand new in Aug It Came here Broken I paid for Assembly ,not knowing i had to dis assemble it to get under the seat to connect the battery because the lock on the seat was broken.
After i got to the battery and riding it for 2 days , the cv belt broke, then the starter cable broke the starter switches broke plus i had a defected battery i called support everyday all day. I'm not a mechanic ,so i had to take it to a shop. It seem like they took out of a junkyard. My sister and others wanted one ,but after seeing all i went threw and still going threw with it ,they say they rather invest in a skateboard.
Im still waiting for the call after 2 years. My bike from them was and still is the only bike in my city in this model ,,i wanted to show it off riding it.. Its Not running , but hey it will be the same as buying from them but cheaper and better.

Not really pissed. I purchased 2 scooters from scooter depot in They came in metal crates only partially assembled as expected just as they are shipped from China. The purchaser is not buying from a dealer where they assemble the bike and test everything, you take on this responsibility. I'm handy with tools so I was able to assemble both in hours and all of the electronics worked fine.
I had to tune the carburetors and adjust the idle, but again, this was expected. Don't buy from them if you expect to roll it off the delivery truck and go for a cruise, you need to or need someone to do this work. Also make sure to tighten all bolts, even the ones that should be torqued down. I don't trust the assembly work of Chinese children. As of today, I'm perfectly happy and both scooters are running fine.
One has kilometers and the other has As for the title and state registration: they provided a certificate of origin from China with VIN numbers. I was able to take these to the DMV and apply for a new title no issues. One problem is that the insurance companies can't decipher the VIN numbers or brands, so they insured them with a generic rate.

I let him know that I lived local near their warehouse whether it be in Ontario, CA or Chino, CA as advertised and he still said they didn't have any bikes I can look at.

I had to tk backl for repair 4 times befor they got it kinda right. Great job.
Customer friendly, willing to meet the needs of those,. I bought a scooter need to take it back three times to be work on. Cant beat their prices!! A lot of inventory. Did not visit. Worst scooter shop around. Cheap Chinese stuff.
